Over 20 years I’ve been on this journey, over 20 years of searching, of learning, of trying to understand my path, the deep yearning I had knowing I wasn’t the ‘norm’, looking for why my journey had been so tough and never ending. I’ve seen bullying, domestic violence, weight gain, weight loss, narcissism, anxiety, depression, self doubt, zero confidence, raising three children by myself, would I change a day of going through all these things? A question I have been asked countless times by close friends, and no I don’t think I would as I wouldn’t be the person I am today, sitting here writing this.
Why wouldn’t I change it ….. because it’s given me depth, knowledge, understanding of myself and those on my life path, a toolbox that I can utilise personally and for my clients, an inner strength and power as a woman and acceptance of who I am enabling me to move through any shame of being that woman. 🪷🪷🪷
